For clients who have their own training content or third-party licensed materials, but require external training delivery or facilitation. We align on objectives and messaging with the training owners and then provide dynamic, interactive delivery.

Our facilitators are certified change management practitioners. As such, we embed the logic of change management into the design of our training programs and utilize the language of change management in the delivery of them. Training
RedBikeHRD manages both the content – custom, off-the-shelf or third-party – and the process with a clear focus on the learning transfer to the participants of specific knowledge and skills in order to address predefined organizational pain points, business needs, goals and objectives.
Facilitation
RedBikeHRD manages the process, yielding content produced by the participants in workshops that address specific organizational goals and objectives, such as brainstorming, conflict management, decision-making, problem-solving, root cause analysis, strategic visioning, etc.
Coaching
RedBikeHRD manages a customized individual or team process to improve participant performance according to a detailed plan with clearly documented check points, deadlines and milestones that yields behavioral changes in line with predefined organizational goals and objectives.
Project Mentoring
RedBikeHRD manages the process in combination with training, facilitation and coaching yielding content from the participants via a specific project, such as a leadership development action learning project, a competitive pitch, an intrapreneurial build out, or a corporate cultural transformation.

These buckets are building blocks for developing custom training solutions that more effectively address specific client pain points and business needs. This content can be built into any of our existing programs, or mixed-and-matched to build bespoke programs. This flexibility enables design and development of training solutions that can be delivered in week-long, full-day, half-day, or 1- and 2-hour modular formats for large groups or individual learning journeys.
