RedBikeHRD utilizes the four-level Kirkpatrick Model™, the global standard for leveraging and validating talent investments by evaluating Reaction, Learning, Behavior and Results. It has evolved through over six decades of application by learning and development professionals around the world and a critically important tool in our training toolbox.

Despite the post-Covid ‘new normal’ that will continue to push learning and development towards a more blended approach, the Kirkpatrick Model™ will continue to be an important tool within a holistic 70:20:10, 3E and OSF Learning Models — with particular emphasis on post-training measurement, adjustment and improvement.
